convenient location helpful staff breakfast choice noisy room inadequate air conditioning inconsistent cleanliness
the location proved convenient near main attractions. i found the staff helpful providing directions. breakfast was good offering several choices.
my room faced the street it was noisy at night. the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. i noticed the bathroom cleanliness was not consistent.

charming hotel near royal mile
convenient location clean room bathroom products free water
the hotel's location is great it is a short walk from the train station i requested a twin room and that request was met the room was very nice and neat i found lovely bathroom products. i also had tea and coffee making facilities with free bottled water
the bistro menu didn't feature anything particularly exciting the schnitzel was pretty tasteless and the camembert mash was dry

the breakfast included a buffet selection this included fresh fruits cereals pastries and toast hot cooked options were also available such as a full breakfast eggs benedict and avocado on toast.

the room featured a bath and a walk in shower slippers and gowns were provided there was also a balcony if i felt hot the building had a unique and cozy atmosphere.

the reception team was lovely the staff member guided me to the suite and explained the amenities staff at the bar were very approachable and friendly the hotel team contacted me before arrival.

the staff was super helpful, offering directions and suggestions. the hotel was a short walk from the train station. but the bar food was tasty!

clean shower welcome touch
our ROOM included a balconywith A perfect spot to unwind. The walk-in shower and bath were both used, and they were clean. the provision of toiletries and slippers was A good touch.
i THINK the cleaner overlooked flushing the toilet in our suite. everything else was wonderful so it DIDN'T affect our stay.

the HOTEL boasts A GREAT location, with the theatre just A ten-minute walk away. the train station IS also conveniently close, only about ten minutes away on foot. this made accessing various attractions VERY easy.

the RECEPTION team greeted us warmly AND offered assistance promptly. i arrived early, BUT they allowed me to enjoy A cup of tea while preparing my room. staff guided me to my suite AND explained the amenities.

friendly team tasty pastries
my classic double room included toiletries and slippers i found tea and coffee making facilities too breakfast had many tasty options i particularly enjoyed the pastries. i appreciated the short walk to the train station it made travel easy the reception team was very friendly when i arrived.
the cleaner seemed to have forgotten to flush the toilet that was a small issue though.
